⚓ Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations must be made in accordance with our Refund Policy (see below). Late cancellations may result in partial or no refund.
⚓ Safety Compliance: Life jackets and safety equipment must be used as instructed. The captain has the right to refuse service to anyone violating safety rules.
⚓ Alcohol & Conduct: Excessive alcohol consumption and reckless behavior are strictly prohibited.
⚓ Booking Agreement: By booking a rental, the customer confirms that they have read and agreed to all terms outlined in this policy.
3. Refund Policy
We understand that plans may change. Our Refund Policy is as follows:
✔️ Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure will receive a 100% refund.
✔️ Partial Refund: Cancellations made 24-72 hours before departure or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
✔️ Weather Cancellations: If the trip is canceled due to severe weather conditions, we will offer a full refund or reschedule the trip at no additional cost.
✔️ Mechanical Issues: In the rare event of boat malfunctions, we will issue a full refund or offer an alternative booking.
✔️ Captain’s Discretion: If the captain cancels the trip due to safety concerns or rule violations by guests, a refund may not be provided.
